This is a fun, energetic, total body workout based on ballet technique.  All movements are low-impact and designed to burn fat and build muscle.  It doesn’t matter if you are 20 or 70, barre class will help you transform your entire body.

Circuit Training

This class is geared towards the older athletes. It is low impact circuit training with light cardio and light weight exercises. As you grow older, an active lifestyle is more important than ever. Regular exercise can help boost energy, maintain your independence, and manage symptoms of illness or pain. This class will help keep you not only looking young but feeling young too!

DF Stix

It’s a fun full body workout that combines light resistance with simulative drumming. You will drum to the beat of music while toning, sculpting and burning hundreds of calories. DF Stix brings its own original twist on fitness drumming. This is one class that you sure don’t want to miss!!!

Lift & Skills

It is a class focusing on different types of lift, including Olympic Style weight lifting. With this program at times you might be required to work on a more skill base movement such as kettle bell swings, handstands, pull-ups and so much more. This class is a great program if you’re looking to better your technique or break some PRs.


It’s a Metabolic Conditioning in 30 minutes. You’ll do all-out bouts designed to increase endurance and get that heart rate up. Prepare to heft weights (kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells and bars) and mix it up with some cardio (burpees, squat jumps, or even stationary cardio). This workout is a HIIT of a program that you don’t want to miss!

Power Circuit

PowerCircuit has many forms but primarily involves moving from one station to another in set periods of time. Each interval varies from 1-3 minutes or counting repetitions, while alternating between strength moves and cardio. This program’s main focus is strength training with some cardio base move to get the heart pumping. We are bringing it back to the basics. Come in and learn to lift by using barbells, dumbbells and so much more. Time to get STRONG!


This class will sure push you out of your comfort zone, 30 Minutes of high intensity interval training. We incorporate strength; cardio and abs. NEVER repeat the same movement twice!!!

Ripped TRX

This class is a combination of Ripped and TRX. In this class you will be performing circuit style training utilizing the suspensions and benefiting from a High Intensity Interval Training type approach. This is another DF/CFT original.

Sweat RX

This is an excellent boredom buster! Whether you’re cycling, running steps, jumping rope, doing squats, planks, or conditioning on the stability ball – your mind won’t have time to wander, and your body will turn into a calorie burning machine! All fitness levels welcome!


Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance-training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.


Yoga the class that everyone knows yet nobody knows what to expect. Our Yoga classes are accessible and movement focused. We integrate breathing, mindfulness and focus through out class to keep the energy lifted and the body moving for the majority of the time.
